This will be a complete submersion into the Mexican culture. You will stay at the Refugio Del Molino hotel in beautiful San Miguel de Allende. The hotel is just a few minutes from the main square. Your morning will start with breakfast followed by lectures until noon. We will break for lunch and then spend the afternoon visiting local animal and food production facilities. The evenings will be filled with personal time and scheduled events.
