Dr. Pamela C. Marett
Associate Professor Office: BAB 311 BioDr. Marett earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tennessee. Before joining Sul Ross State University, she served as head of Human Resources for Tower Air, Inc., as it grew from a small to medium-sized company. She was a faculty member at the University of Oregon College of Business. She has conducted personnel training for the Conflict Management Institute and the International Air Transport Association in Geneva. She served as Secretary of the Airline Human Resources Association in New York and organized the Airline Human Resource Association chapter in Florida. Dr. Marett is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, Academy of Management, American Economics Association, and Industrial Relations Research Association. She is a Certified Compensation Professional. She has served as Human Resources consultant for small to medium sized companies. Dr. Marett has published and presented numerous papers.
