nTeaching is demanding and educators require continuous affirmation, appreciation, and recognition.  Several issues affect teachers’ teaching, such as stress, lack of appreciation, isolation, and negativity.  Leaders can do many things to appreciate and celebrate which creates a happy, effective and self-confident staff.
