nEthics is the set of principles and rules that govern the actions of an individual or organization. nIntegrity is the moral soundness to adhere to the ethics of the organization. nPeople in leadership positions proclaim the importance of integrity and ethics.  However, many do not have the strength of will to make decisions with integrity.
